Community Resilience Coordinator (Bay Area)

£25,000 per annum (Pro-rata: 3 days per week – £15,000)

18 months (Fixed Term)

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated Community Resilience Coordinator to join our staff team, willing to work on a range of projects.  You will need to be someone who sees the glass as half full, has a friendly cooperative approach and can motivate and enthuse others.

You will have experience of community work and working with community groups, Town and Parish Councils and other organisations across the public, private and voluntary sectors, this could have been gained in a paid or voluntary position. 

Working in the Bay area comprising Brading, Sandown, Lake, Shanklin, and Newchurch you will Coordinate the development and delivery of improved partnership working and contribute to the development of strategies, plans, new service developments or initiatives in collaboration with community groups, strategic partners, individuals and the wider community.
